What Customers Say About Sony Open-air Stereo Headphones (MDR-110LP):

They have amazingly clear treb and an amazing bass. So i'm looking on here and there were two ear phones i was looking at, a panasonic one and this sony one. Ok i was looking for some ear phones that had an amazing bass and a nice treb. The other thing they have is an amazing drum sound. I asked my friends what they thought and they said sony. So i get these and the do feel a little strange at first but these ear phones ROCK. I've always like hearing the drums in my songs and every pair of ear phones i've had always drowned it out, but these give an equal balance and are amazing. So if you want some ear phones i'd suggest these, THEY ROCK.

This headset doesn't have very good sound quality. Sound was tinny on several tracks of Enya CD I was listening to. I didn't send back, because of cost of mailing.

I think I bought 2 years ago, my last pair was closer to $20. I own this headphone. it's really good for the price. I would have given 5 stars except I'm buying a new set because the ear foam worn/ripped on left ear. 5 stars for sound quality. I'm ordering 2 pairs.

I use at work to try and drown out office noise. I like the sound quality very much. Yes, cord is short and I get tangled on my chair arm. one to replace current headphone and one to save as they are hard to find in the stores these days. I'm not into ear buds. I plug into laptop or CD Walkman.Overall a great buy.

They are much better than a JVC pair I tried for $20.

All my old cassettes were headed for the surplus bin until I got the idea to purchase the Sony Walkman. Now I am enjoying the old music again as I walk my dog - very pleased with the whole scheme. Also, I purchased a Cassette2CD program from Amazon which allows me to transcribe the old tunes to CDs. Incidentally, this program works amazingly well, at least with my XP operating system.

These headphones are not adjustable to make the head size smaller. They don't really stay in place, so it is hard to hear the music when working out. I found some $7.00 ear buds at Target that work really well.
